Orders placed after 6:00 PM, on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

In special cases such as products being overloaded or temporarily out of stock, processing time may be longer. We will notify you immediately if there is any delay.

3. Shipping Time

Delivery time usually takes 7-15 business days (excluding holidays and order processing time).

Please note that in cases of force majeure such as bad weather, natural disasters, customs procedures or postal issues, shipping times may be delayed. We recommend that you be patient and wait longer if your order encounters issues beyond your control.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping unit, you will receive a notification email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order status online.

5. Shipping Costs

The standard shipping fee is $6.99 per order, regardless of size or weight.

If the address is incomplete or incorrect, your order may be delayed or lost. In this case, we are not responsible for any loss that may occur.

7. Change the delivery address

If you need to change or edit the delivery address, please contact Customer Support within 24 hours of placing the order.

After this time, we cannot guarantee that the address change will be made before the order is dispatched.

8. Responsibilities of the recipient

Once the order has been delivered, the recipient is responsible for:

Tracking the shipping process to receive the goods on time.

Checking the product upon receipt to ensure that the goods are intact and as expected.

Notifying us immediately of any problems with the condition of the product or the delivery process.
