You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the product. After this period, we will not process returns or refunds.

If you would like to exchange the product, please return the product according to the refund process and place a new order.

3. Return Conditions

To ensure your product is eligible for return, please note the following conditions:

The product must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

The original labels, packaging, purchase receipt, and any gifts (if any) must be returned with the product.

Products such as gift cards, special promotions, or items marked as “final” are not eligible for return.

4. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please keep the product in its original condition and contact us immediately. You may include photos of the product so we can confirm and arrange for a free replacement.

5. Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return conditions, we will refund your original payment method within 30 business days. If you do not receive your money after this time, please contact us for further assistance.

6. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our fault (defective product, wrong item delivered), we will cover all shipping costs.

In case of returns due to personal reasons (unsatisfied with the product, wrong size chosen), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and related handling fees.

Note: We recommend that you use a registered and tracked shipping service to ensure the safety of your package. The package remains the customer’s responsibility until it is received and confirmed by our team.
